I’m Manjinder Singh, a Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, in Brampton. I’ve been licensed since 2003, and I help sellers and buyers across Brampton and Peel Region in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Twenty-three years of kitchen tables, offer nights and closing days have taught me one thing above all: people buy and sell homes with their hearts first and their calculators second. I started in 2003. In 2017 I was with HomeLife Superstars Real Estate in Brampton, the year Real Estate Professional (REP) magazine listed me among its Top 200 Agents, a ranking REP based on transaction count.

By April 2020 I had moved to RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc. in Brampton. My strongest years came there: RE/MAX’s Top 100 Canada lists of individual residential agents name me under that brokerage for 2023, 2024 and early 2025.

Why I hold a Broker registration

The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) registers me as a Broker, registration number 4736013. Ontario registers individual agents as salespersons or brokers. To become a broker, you need at least 24 of the previous 36 months as a registered salesperson, a pass on the Broker Qualifying Exam and the Real Estate Broker Program.

Nobody made me take that step. I took it because of what you hand me when you list: often the largest thing your family owns, the place your children grew up, the savings of a working life. The four promises I work by

Prepare first

I find and fix the problems before buyers do. A buyer walks through your home once and carries away a handful of moments: the front door, the main room, the last room they see. If a dripping tap or a scuffed wall is one of those moments, it follows them home. So I plan every one of those moments before your listing goes live. Plenty of agents list first and fix later. I’d rather you launch once and launch right.

Price with proof

Your price comes from recent sales near you. Every buyer judges your price before they ever see your home, so a number with nothing behind it costs you showings, weeks and leverage. I bring the comparable sales to our first meeting and walk you through each one. A seller on RankMyAgent wrote: “He came prepared with houses similar in size that have sold recently or were still in the market.”

Honest advice

I tell you the hard thing early. You love your home. You know every upgrade and every memory in it. Buyers know none of that; they know the price and the homes beside it on their list. I close that gap with you at the kitchen table, before the market closes it for you. A client wrote: “Right from the first meeting to the closing of the deal he was upfront, honest, accurate and realistic about the current market scenario.”

Your decision

No pressure. You choose, on your timeline. I can’t set interest rates or the mood of the market. I can control your price, your preparation, your presentation and your timing, and I put all my effort there. The final call stays with you. I serve Brampton and Peel Region, and I’ve been most active in northwest Brampton, around Mount Pleasant and Fletcher’s Meadow: the crescents, the parks and the streets near the GO line. I work with sellers and buyers, including first-time buyers who’ve never signed an offer before.
